Landour, Uttrakhand 🇮🇳
Landour is a quiet corner above Mussoorie where old roads, slow walks, and silence come together. A place best explored on foot, without any rush.

Gaumukh–Tapovan: Walking to the Source of Silence
Gaumukh–Tapovan is not just a trek, it is a quiet confrontation with yourself. Walking to the origin of the Bhagirathi and climbing to the high meadows of Tapovan on 3rd October, I completed the entire journey in two days—starting before sunrise and returning the next evening. This story is about cold mornings, thinning breath, ancient silence, and the stillness that follows you back long after the mountains disappear.

Harsil Valley: A Film the Mountains Are Still Writing
Harsil Valley is not a destination you visit it is a slow, silent film the mountains are still writing. Set along the Bhagirathi River near Gangotri, and shaped by villages like Dharali, Mukhwa, and Bagori, this valley carries history, faith, and everyday Himalayan life in its purest form. This story explores Harsil beyond landscapes through its people, seasons, traditions, and timeless stillness.

Gangotri, Uttrakhand
A quiet journey to Gangotri, where mountains stand still, the river speaks softly, and time slows down enough to let you breathe.
Kalpa, Kinnaur
Kalpa, tucked deep in the Kinnaur valley, is a place where silence feels alive and traditions breathe through the mountains. Visiting during the Raila Festival revealed a rare side of Kalpa where quiet landscapes momentarily bloom with music, ritual, and community, making the journey as memorable as the destination.
